Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws

The national Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws govern Woodmen of the World and/or Assured Life Association.  These governing documents provide you detailed information on your rights as a member.  If you have any questions, please call the Fraternal Department at 1-800-777-9777.

The national Bylaws of the Society provide that the board of directors establish camp/lodge bylaws for every camp/lodge that has not adopted its own bylaws.  The Board recently worked with Committee on Legislation to develop model camp/lodge bylaws, as well as model bylaws for districts, to comply with this requirement.  They are provided below for your use:
