Woodmen of the World and/or Assured Life Association

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the principal governing body of Woodmen of the World and/or Assured Life Association, elected directly by its benefit members.  The board exercises all rights and powers that appertain to the principal governing body or board of a corporation, except that it cannot repeal or amend any of the Society bylaws, or the articles; adopt a plan of merger, consolidation, or dissolution of the Society; or adopt a plan for the distribution of the assets of the Society.  These rights and privileges are left to the benefit members of the Society.  The board is comprised of the following seven voting members and the Society and President Gary R. Wheeler who serves as an ex officio member of the board.
