Woodmen of the World/Assured Life Association is pleased to open nominations for the 2012 Fraternalist of the Year Program. Members interested in nominating someone from their local camp/lodge can do so by submitting the official nomination forms.
The award is given annually to the member who, throughout the past year, exhibited extraordinary acts of fraternalism, provided outstanding volunteer service in the community and uncommonleadership in his/her local camp/lodge. Information listed on the nomination form should only cover activities for the past calendar year; one black and white or color photo of the nominee (head & shoulders photo) must be included. All entries received by June 1, 2012, will be considered by Committee of Fraternal Affairs.
