Caring Connections
The Caring Connections Web site was created by The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization to provide free, easy-to-understand resources on a variety of issues, including information on care and end-of-life issues.

Compassion & Choices
Compassion & Choices, a nonprofit organization, improves care and expands choice at the end of life. The organization supports, educates and advocates.

Cremation Association of North America (CANA)
