American Federation of Aging Research (AFAR)
The American Federation of Aging Research supports the science of healthier aging.  AFAR has played a major role in providing and advancing knowledge of aging and mechanisms of age-related disease by providing grants to more than 2,600 talented scientists.

American Sleep Apnea Association (ASAA)
"The ASAA is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing injury, disability, and death from sleep apnea and to enhancing the well-being of those affected by this common disorder."

American Tinnitus Association

National Council on Aging (NCOA)

National Institute on Aging (NIA)
NIA is one of the institutes of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  It also provides extensive consumer information.  NIA's Age Page provides up-to-date information for seniors on issues such as hearing and vision loss.

National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD)
NIDCD is one of the institutes of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  NIDCD conducts and supports research and training on the disordered processes of hearing and related problems.

National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF)
NOF is a nonprofit, voluntary health organization focusing on osteoporosis research, education and advocacy.  The website includes information on prevention, patient information and locating a doctor.
